Join Mel and Dan for a fabulous combination of movement and relaxation.

Release stress and tension in the body and let the powerful vibrations of sound therapy bring natural alignment and clarity.

A 30-40 minute gentle yoga practice with Mel to stretch and steady the body and mind, followed by a 45 minute sound bath with Dan to soothe the nervous system and enter a deep state of relaxation.

My work is intuitive and responsive, allowing each session to be guided by the energy present and the needs of the individual or group.”
