Gentle Yoga

This class is perfect for anyone beginning their yoga journey and also for anyone looking to enhance foundational strength, flexibility, and balance. In a peaceful setting, this class explores mindful movements that promote strength, flexibility of mind and body, and emotional steadiness, alleviating stress and anxiety. While the class is gentle, students will encounter appropriate challenges that encourage growth and lay the groundwork for a more dynamic yoga practice.

Vinyasa Flow

This is a strong and empowering class designed for those ready to challenge both their bodies and minds. In this dynamic class, students are invited to explore deeper physical postures while cultivating emotional resilience through intentional movement. Each session is infused with a purposeful intention, offering skills that extend beyond the mat and into everyday life. While beginners are welcome, a foundational level of strength and flexibility is recommended to fully engage with the practice.

Open Level Yoga

This class will meet you at whatever level you are at in your yoga practice. The class is a gorgeous blend of dynamic Vinyasa flow and more Hatha based practices. Designed to build warmth and then release tension in deep poses, this class aims to cultivate strength and flexibility and restore balance.
